German welcome message #17

I reworded the texts a bit to sound better, than a literal translation and added the german publisher, whom I sent an e-mail, if they have any objections.

The translation is loosly:

BOL.chat.welcome1: Welcome to Barbarians of Lemuria (french Ludospherik version, german translation by Truant Spiele)

BOL.chat.welcome2: To play the appropiate BoL books are necessary. The french original books for this system are found here: http://www.ludospherik.fr/content/14-barbarians-of-lemuria
