* ajout de diffConditions pour gérer l'ajustement de conditions
* renommage de bmValue en diffLibre
* calcul de l'ajustement (etat+conditions+difficulté libre)
* présentation des 2 champs

fix:
* utiliser .change() au lieu de .click() permet de supporter aussi
les changements au clavier
