There is no way to denote a killing attack vs a normal attack in powers or equipment. Even the Killing Attack power does damage as a normal attack.
Feature Request.
In Powers, you use the Killing Attack Power or the Hand-to-Hand Attack power or the Blast power to indicate the type of power.
The damage roll will always calculate BODY regardless, since some modifiers (Penetrating for example).
When we move to automate (Full version) then this distinction will become more clear.
