On the occassion when a player chooses a race that givce a Perk it is possible for that charcter to upgrade the Perk during Perk Selection of the charcatre creation process.

  • If a Perk is selected that already exists on the actor sheet it should increase the existing Perk Level by 1 if the Perk Items Upgradeable Field is ticked.

  • If th ePerk field upgradeable is not ticked then display a message saying: 'That Perk already Exists choose another' (remove the perk from the list?)
