Add teh following to the Affected Status Drop Down Menu, along with the automation when the effect is added to the actor sheet.

KBV - Increase/Reduce the KBV value by the 'Effect Level' of the Effect Item

MT - Increase/Reduce the MT value by the 'Effect Level' of the Effect Item
